LONDON: Slumdog Millionaire has won Best Contemporary Film at the Art Directors Guild Award at Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
According to a report published at the ContactMusic.com The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and Batman flick “The Dark Knight” were also the big winners at the award ceremony which was held on Saturday.
The extraordinary tale of a Mumbai slum-dweller winning against all odds was named the Best Contemporary Film.
The movie has got 10 Oscars nominations, which is going to take place on February 22.
