Deepika Padukone, who has done an item song for Shah Rukh's film “Billu Barber”, has apparently accepted the payment he offered for her work. She has not danced for free in the movie, as reported earlier.
Though Kareena and Priyanka, who also have item numbers in the movie, have done their acts for free, Deepika accepted the Rs.40 lakh cheque SRK sent her.
After doing Om Shanti Om”, her debut film opposite Shah Rukh, for free we guess she felt her obligation and gratitude towards King Khan had been taken care of and it was time to be unemotional and make money.
