Aamir Khan has one release 3 Idiots which in all probabilities has the makings of a blockbuster. Akshay Kumar had flops like Chandni Chowk to China, Blue and Tasveer 9x10. However, his two hits De Dana Dan and Kambakkht Ishq put him in reckoning once again. Shahrukh Khan's Billu flopped and Hrithik Roshan didn't have any release this year, as Kites got postponed to 2010. John Abraham and Shahid Kapur had one hit each, New York and Kaminey respectively. Shahid Kapur's other release, Dil Bole Hadipaa flopped.
Salman Khan had three releases: Wanted, London Dreams and Main aur Mrs. Khanna. Only Wanted became a big hit, while the rest two flopped badly Amitabh Bachchan scored a big hit with Paa and flopped with Aladin. Similarly son Abhishek Bachchan had a flop in Delhi 6 and a hit in Paa. Ajay Devgan did good business for his production company with a superhit in All the Best. His other movie London Dreams was a nightmare. Sanjay Dutt got a hit in All the Best but gave two flops: Blue and Aladin
